From reset to focused growth

A new chapter begins

Austral Resources emerges from receivership and begins its corporate and strategic reset.

2025

Market participation restored

Austral Resources is recapitalised, requoted on the ASX and continues copper production, marking the conclusion of its restructuring process.

Eastern Hub – Rocklands joins the portfolio

Austral Resources completes the acquisition of Rocklands, adding a sulphide processing pathway alongside Mt Kelly’s oxide processing pathway, creating Australia’s only dual copper processing platform.

The portfolio strengthens

Lady Loretta acquisition progresses and new capital supports production capability across Western Hub – Mt Kelly and Eastern Hub – Rocklands.

Anthill Project Agreement

Austral Resources purchases back the remaining ore from the Anthill project participants to allow production at Western Hub – Mt Kelly to increase towards its nameplate capacity.
